What is life coaching all about? Who needs it and why? What is it going to do for you?
Have you ever found yourself "stuck" in your day to day routine - knowing something is missing but not being able to figure out what it is or even what you need to do to change it? Life coaching is about helping you realize the things you need now and what you want for the future. It's about utilizing the skills you already possess to help you move forward and leap into your greater self. Co-active coaching works when you are truly ready, willing, and open to put in the work.
Too often we neglect to stop and just listen to what is being said inside of us. Far too often we don't listen to ourselves and what we really want. It is almost as if our minds are naturally programmed to hear what we want, think it's not the way it's supposed to be, and go do something in a completely different way. Take a few minutes and stop, ask yourself the following questions and notice if anything in you shifts.
When you feel most alive what are you doing? How do you add value to the lives' of others? What are you hungry for? What is the cost of not pursuing what you want? When you feel excited and vibrant where in your body do you feel this?
Are you surprised by your answers? Did you truly listen to yourself, were you holding back? What are you losing out on by holding back? In Life Coaching, we explore your whole life; family, friends, work, finances, health there are no avenues of a person's life that is not touched on a daily basis, that's why it's important to find the right balance for you.
In a minimum 3 month commitment we will work together to explore who you are and discover the path towards a greater you. We not only evaluate the day to day issues that come up, but the bigger picture as well. This is a tremendous growth opportunity which will provide you with the tools to understand and acknowledge what is truly important for you and your happiness.
